On Astrofat.it you have the right to withdraw from the purchase* without any penalty, by reporting your decision within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The products you wish to replace/return must be as received, complete with labels and unused. Use of the product will void your right to withdraw from the order.
To make an online return:
- Log in to your account
- Open the page relating to the order for which you want to make a return
- Select "Request Return"
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and for each item indicate the reason for the return
- Please indicate in the notes any products you wish to exchange your item for
Once you have sent the request, wait for an email from our Customer Service. If your request is compliant, it will be approved and you will receive an email containing the address to which to send the items to be returned and the details regarding any exchange or refund.
*The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by natural persons, not by legal persons or by natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity.
